  • Do you accept insurance?

    No, we do not accept insurance. You may request a superbill to provide to your health insurance for possible reimbursement. We highly recommend contacting your insurance plan prior to starting therapy to inquire about your benefits.

  • How do I find the right therapist?

    Finding the right therapist is an important part of the healing process. A consultation call gives you the chance to connect with a therapist, discuss what you are looking for in therapy, and see if the therapists approach aligns with your needs.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We require 24 hours notice of cancellation or you will need to pay for the appointment in full.

  • Where is the office?

    Our office is near Old Pasadena across from Central Park in Pasadena: 107 S. Fair Oaks Ave, Pasadena, CA 91105.

  • Where do I park?

    There is metered parking on Dayton St and there is public parking on Green St at the School House Garage.

  • Do you offer in person sessions?

    Yes, we do offer in person sessions at our office in Pasadena. We also offer virtual sessions for those in California.
